I had originally planned to post our menu plan on Monday, but since I’ve been playing catch up all week, I’m just now putting one together. There are a few repeats from last week; between running to soccer games, baseball games, dress rehearsal, and two recitals this past week, my overly ambitious plans from last week completely flopped!
Monday - Sausage and potatoes, corn, fresh fruit
Tuesday – No peek chicken, corn, orange slices
Wednesday - Cheeseburgers or hot dogs, pasta salad, green beans, strawberries
Thursday - Brown sugar crockpot chicken, rice, tossed salad
Friday – Homemade chicken noodle soup, bread, fresh fruit
Saturday - Burrito casserole, rice with cilantro, corn
Sunday - still searching for a new recipe to try (if you have a great suggestion, please share!)
