Now that it’s officially fall, we’re all looking forward to making some of our favorite meals that we tend to gravitate towards this time of year. Here’s what’s on our menu plan for this week:
Monday – Cheeseburgers, french fries, corn, apple crisp (to celebrate our studies of the USA this week)
Tuesday – Chicken & rice bowls, fresh fruit
Wednesday – Chicken & bacon wraps, pasta salad, corn
Thursday – Spaghetti with homemade meatballs, cheesy biscuits, salad
Friday – Ultimate chicken fingers, potato wedges, green beans
Saturday – Slow cooker chili, breadsticks, fresh fruit
Sunday – Leftovers
I’m also planning to use some of the canned pumpkin I have to make a pumpkin related dessert. Plus, I’d like to make a fun Halloween dessert as a surprise for our kiddos!
