$25 Frisch’s Gift Card Giveaway

by Katie on March 5, 2012

Now that Lent has officially begun, many families (including ours!) are looking for meatless meal ideas on Friday.  While we have a number of meatless meals that I enjoy making during the Lenten season, it’s nice to occasionally enjoy a meal that doesn’t require cleaning up a kitchen afterwards.

Frisch’s is offering customers a wide variety of meatless meal ideas, such as their new shrimp and clam strip po’ boys as well as many delicious meatless options for families including:

  • Fish Sandwich
  • Salmon Awesome Burger
  • Fish ‘n Chips
  • Whitefish Dinner
  • Tuna Melts
  • Macaroni and Cheese
  • The Classic Grilled Cheese

Frisch’s beer-battered shrimp and clam strip po’boys are reminiscent of similar New Orleans-style sandwiches. Served on a Frisch’s-made crusty long roll, the po’boy sandwiches are served with a spicy remoulade sauce and shredded lettuce, all topped with slices of tomato for just $5.50 each.

Have I whet your appetite yet?  Frisch’s would like to give one of my readers a night off from cooking by giving them a Frisch’s Gift Pack that includes:

(1) $25 Frisch’s Gift Card
(1) Jar of Frisch’s Famous Tartar Sauce

Want to win?  You have five ways to enter this giveaway:

  1. Leave a comment on this post – what meatless item are you looking forward to trying at Frisch’s?  This is a required entry!

This giveaway ends at 8:00 p.m. EST on Friday, March 16th, and is open to all U.S. residents, ages 18 years or older.  The winner will be selected randomly, and will be notified by e-mail.  The winner will have 48 hours to respond.  If no response is received by that time, a new winner will be chosen.

Disclaimer: This giveaway was provided by Frisch’s and Powers Agency.  I received a $25 Frisch’s Gift Card and a jar of Frisch’s Tartar Sauce in addition to the gift card and tartar sauce that I am giving away to one of my readers. All opinions expressed on Cincinnati Cents are (as always!) mine.

I would love to try the clam po’boy at Frisch’s. But if I am lucky enough to win this gift card I will be donating it to my church for the tornado relief effort. It would make a nice gift for a family who has lost everything to have a meal out. Thank you, and thank you for all the money you help me save with your posts!
