UPS is offering customers a free membership to their basic UPS My Choice Program. With this free program, customers have the option to receive alerts before packages arrive via text, phone, or e-mail the day before delivery, and they can receive an estimated delivery time for their package.
Plus, customers can give authorization online for UPS to deliver packages without a signature when they won’t be at home to sign for the package in person. Or, as an alternative, customers can also request their packages to be held for pickup at a UPS facility.
